10/10 για ένα ξενοδοχείο που επισκεφτήκαμε ξανά 10 χρόνια μετά. Τέλειο πρωινό, σάουνα, εσωτερική πισίνα και υδρομασάζ στα δωμάτια. Καλή επιλογή για χειμερινές διακοπές.

Nice, clean hotel in need of upkeeping, kind staff
The hotel's location was super handy, in close proximity to all the shops and the central square. The hotel's staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's common areas were very pleasant to linger a bit longer after breakfast with our little one. Our room was very clean but could do with some serious upkeeping, especially the bathroom. Small additions such as a kettle, better quality cots, tea choices as well as an additional lighting source could make a difference. The view was exceptional.

Horrible experience. Hotel facilities were average. We got stuck in the lift. 3 of our rooms had non-functioning air conditioning in 36° weather. When we alerted the night manager we were told there was nothing that could be done and that only the general manager had the ability to provide discounts or refunds and he would be here in the morning. The night manager texted the general manager and received NO RESPONSE. In the morning after a horrible nights sleep in a boiling hot room the gm GEORGIOS PAPAMICHAIL then lied about receiving any messages from the night manager and was extremely rude, providing no solution not even an apology. Very disappointing customer service. Would not recommend!!!

Séjour agréable,personnel accueillant. Un petit bémol à propos du petit déjeuner, pas suffisamment continental mais c tout à fait correct, seulement par deux fois, il a fallu signaler des beurres rance et moisi.
Cela dit, l'ensemble de notre séjour dans cet établissement a été tout à fait satisfaisant

Cet hôtel situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville est agréable. Tout ici est clinquant, un peu trop, on se croirait dans un 4 étoiles, même si la literie laisse à désirer, si l'on se cogne dans l'écran de télévision en entrant dans la salle de bain; mais il y a une piscine en sous-sol , une vue magnifique sur le Mont Olympe et le petit déjeuner est copieux.
